Find Your Ground: A 4-Week Yoga Practice through December
Amid the year-end, give yourself time to connect, recharge, and nurture inner stability this December. In this 4-week online yoga course, we’ll explore practices rooted in Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), Restorative Yoga, and Somatic Yoga to help you move through the season with presence.
Each week features a live, guided class focusing on a specific area of the body. You’ll also receive recordings to revisit each session at your own pace, available for 30 days.
Week 1: The Spine – Connect with the feeling of support and suppleness, allowing yourself to receive.
Week 2: Neck, Shoulders, and Chest – Explore curiosity and making space, allowing for expansion and integration
Week 3: Pelvis, Hips, and Legs – Yielding into the ground, cultivating stability and rootedness.
